Family comedy to live music from 12 pm - 7:30 pm. Kids zone entertainment live on stage from 12:30 pm - 1 pm & 3:30 pm - 4 pm.

NOTICE OF FILMING AND PHOTOGRAPHY
When you enter the Country Folks Will Survive, you enter an area where photography, audio, and video recording may occur. By entering the event premises, you consent to interview(s), photography, audio recording, video recording and its/their release, publication, exhibition, or reproduction to be used for news, web casts, promotional purposes, telecasts, advertising, inclusion on websites, social media, or any other purpose by Country Folks Will Survive and its affiliates / representatives. Images, photos and/or videos may be used to promote similar Country Folks Will Survive events in the future, highlight the event and exhibit the capabilities Country Folks Will Survive. You release Country Folks Will Survive, its officers and employees, and each and all persons involved from any liability connected with the taking, recording, digitizing, or publication and use of interviews, photographs, computer images, video and/or or sound recordings. By entering the field party premises, you waive all rights you may have to any claims for payment or royalties in connection with any use, exhibition, streaming, web casting, televising, or other publication of these materials, regardless of the purpose or sponsoring of such use, exhibiting, broadcasting, web casting, or other publication irrespective of whether a fee for admission or sponsorship is charged. You also waive any right to inspect or approve any photo, video, or audio recording taken by Country Folks Will Survive or the person or entity designated to do so by Country Folks Will Survive. When you enter Country Folks Will Survive, you have consented, waiver of liability.

All persons attending the Country Folks Will Survive do so at their own risk.  No liability is assumed by the owners, managers, promoters, sponsors or others.
Please designate a driver if you plan to be drinking at your tailgate.  PLEASE DON’T DRINK AND DRIVE and UNDER AGE DRINKING IS PROHIBITED!!  We urge you to be responsible and plan for a safe and fun Country Folks Will Survive experience.

We reserve the right to revoke the admission tickets of any individual and to further remove any person from the Country Folks Will Survive in our sole discretion.  We reserve the right to add or modify any rule or regulation at any time.

. Everybody coming to Country Folks Will Survive will receive a free face mask upon request. *As social distancing may not always be possible even with reduced attendance, guests are encouraged to wear personal protective equipment such as masks & gloves. All staff & volunteers will be temperature checked before working.

Using event messaging and communications to promote everyday preventive health messages to all participants and staff, which include:

If you experience symptoms of Coronavirus, COVID-19. MUSC Health encourages you to do a free virtual visit at https://campaigns.muschealth.org/virtual-care/index.html. Enter promo code COVID19.

Cover your coughs and sneezes with a tissue or sleeve, then throw the tissue in the trash.

Wash your hands often with soap and water for at least 20 seconds, especially after going to the bathroom; before eating; and after blowing your nose, coughing, or sneezing.
Avoid touching your eyes, nose, and mouth with unwashed hands.

Clean frequently touched surfaces and objects daily.
Recommend that participants minimize close contact (e.g., recommending no hand shaking or hugging)
Promote messages that discourage people who are sick from attending event.

We will provide COVID-19 prevention supplies at the event.
We will isolate staff or participants in a designated “EMT TENT” space who become ill with symptoms.

Country Folks Will Survive will be the event of the fall providing opportunities for folks to get outdoors, tailgate, and enjoy a country music and BBQ like no other! We know people are tired of being indoors and are ready to get out and party!
